Terms of Service

By accessing or using NestCost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. NestCost reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

NestCost is a home-buying intelligence platform that provides:

• NestCost Score — a personalized home affordability readiness score
• Property search and life-cost analysis
• Down payment assistance program matching
• AI-powered financial advisory tools (AI Advisor, Vibe Score, Negotiation Coach)
• Professional tools for real estate agents and brokers

Not financial advice. NestCost provides financial information and tools for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional financial, legal, or real estate advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making major financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use NestCost. By creating an account, you confirm this is true.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@nestcost.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or promotional offers.

NestCost offers the following paid plans:

• Buyer Plus — $19/month or $49 for a 90-day Homebuying Pass
• Investor Pro — $59/month or $499/year
• Seller Insight Report — $29 one-time purchase
• Agent/Broker (Solo) — $149/month
• Team — $399/month

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize NestCost to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or once (for one-time purchases) until cancelled.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Promotional prices and promo codes are subject to their stated terms and may be revoked at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access for the full paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: we offer refunds for technical failures and early cancellation within 7 days if no paid features were used. Promotional access periods are not refundable once used.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from NestCost without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of NestCost
• Use automated tools to create accounts or circumvent usage limits
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to manipulate scores or results
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent

NestCost and its content, features, and functionality — including the NestCost Score methodology, UI design, trademarks, and text — are owned by NestCost and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial home-buying research. This license does not include any resale, commercial use, or collection of listing data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for your specific situation.

Property data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors. Affordability estimates, neighborhood scores, and grant matches are tools for guidance — not guarantees of loan approval or assistance eligibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestCost's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to NestCost in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Queens County, New York.
